Job Description
Design develop and implement Duck CreekBilling solutions to meet business requirements Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate billing modules with other Duck Creek components Analyze existing billing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in billing implementations Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering design development testing and deployment Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Duck CreekBilling best practices Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and system defects





Roles and Responsibilities
Lead billing solution design and configuration using Duck CreekBilling platform Develop and maintain billing workflows rating invoicing and payment processing modules Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and support testing activities Provide production support and resolve critical billing system incidents Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing system performance and scalability Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of billingrelated project milestones Stay updated with the latest Duck CreekBilling releases and industry trends to recommend upgrades or enhancements
