KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONAL:

Enabling the end to end hiring process

by:

Hiring Tool enablement for the

stakeholders

Real-time assistance





Event closure mails

Working closely on facilitating internship

and FTE hiring events demand

fulfillment.

Ensure there are enough resources

available – interviewers, team, HRSS

support to execute on the hiring events

Support on analysis and structured data

reporting for the team and events.
