Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations, with a solid focus on GCC recruitment, manpower planning, Saudi visa coordination, and employee mobilization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing manpower recruitment and excellent coordination skills to work with management, department heads, recruitment agencies, candidates, and overseas HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with VP and Plant Heads to understand manpower requirements for GCC countries and PAN India.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and follow up for suitable candidate profiles.




- Screen CVs and prepare candidate summaries for department heads.
- Schedule and coordinate online interviews with candidates, agencies, and department heads.
- Track interview results and coordinate feedback.
- Conduct HR interviews for selected candidates.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates/agencies.

Saudi Visa & Mobilization
- Guide selected candidates through the Saudi visa and deployment process.
- Coordinate medical examinations, VFS appointments, Takamul processing, and other pre-deployment formalities.
- Obtain and coordinate MOFA numbers with recruitment agencies and direct candidates.
- Monitor visa stamping and emigration clearance.
- Coordinate candidate travel schedules and flight arrangements.
- Obtain airfare quotations, secure management approval, and arrange tickets.
- Ensure all original documents are properly handed over to candidates before travel.
