The Candidate will be responsible for leading a team of real estate sales, driving sales, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Package: Salary (Negotiable) + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance + PF + ESIC

Role & Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to the branch team.
- Set and communicate clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.

Sales and Business Development:




- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the business as per requirement.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on real estate transactions and market trends.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.

Operations and Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including administrative tasks and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
