Lead the BBG business for the region by driving MSME asset & liability growth, managing regional P&L;, ensuring credit quality, and leading Cluster Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Branch Heads.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional business targets across SME loans, Working Capital, LAP, Term Loans, and CASA.
- Build and grow relationships with MSME and business banking clients through branch and sales channels.
- Monitor portfolio quality, credit underwriting, NPAs, and recovery performance.
- Lead, coach, and drive productivity of regional BBG sales and branch teams.
- Increase cross-sell of Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and other fee-based banking products.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk governance across the region.

Candidate Profile
- 12–20+ years in Business Banking, SME/Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking.
- Robust experience in regional P&L; management, MSME lending, and team leadership.
- Graduate required; MBA/CA preferred.
