Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving business targets, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across the assigned business verticals. The role involves team leadership, customer acquisition, market development, performance monitoring, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop potential markets for business growth.
- Manage customer acquisition, relationship building, and retention activities.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where required.




- Set sales targets for team members and regularly review their performance.
- Conduct market visits and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and improve lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales MIS, performance reports, target trackers, and dashboards.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
