Job Role: Plumber

Job Description
- Handle plumbing operations, maintenance, and repair activities in gated community apartment complexes.
- Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
- Attend resident plumbing complaints and resolve issues within the required TAT.
- Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, water tanks, fixtures, and other plumbing components regularly.
- Identify and repair leakages, blockages, and plumbing system faults.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and attend emergency breakdowns.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major plumbing works when required.
- Maintain daily work records and material usage logs.
- Follow site SOPs, safety procedures, and maintenance standards.
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply and proper drainage across the residential community.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Experience in gated communities, apartments, high-rise residential buildings, or commercial buildings is preferred.
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fittings.
- Knowledge of STP, WTP, pumps, and underground pipelines will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
- Positive communication skills with residents and team members.
