Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and client submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source IT professionals through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Understand US work authorization categories such as H1B, Green Card, EAD, and US Citizens.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure timely submissions.
- Work toward daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- Prior experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Goal-oriented and team-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
