About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Business Development professional
to join our growing EdTech business. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospective customers and partners, and driving conversions.

We are open to engaging candidates in
two formats — Full-Time and Freelance
. The right candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to build and convert opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EdTech and education ecosystem.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals and other relevant channels.
- Connect with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, organisations and potential business partners.
- Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs and services.
- Manage the complete business development cycle,



including lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, negotiations and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and business partners.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
- Identify current markets, customer segments and partnership opportunities.
- Achieve defined sales, business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Track business development activities and provide regular updates on leads, conversions and opportunities.
