Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily workflow of the SEO team.
- Perform keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawlability & Core Web Vitals issues.
- Build high-quality backlink strategies and improve domain authority.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and identify recent growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 4–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
- Experience leading an SEO team and managing multiple projects.
- Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush & Screaming Frog.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience in E-commerce or Gems & Jewellery industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
