About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and people-oriented Assistant Store Manager – Kiosk to take ownership of the overall sales, customer experience and day-to-day operations of our Palladium kiosk.

The role will be responsible for driving kiosk performance, managing the team, improving retail KPIs, building customer relationships through CRM and ensuring that the kiosk consistently delivers a premium Isharya experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance
- Own and drive daily, monthly and annual kiosk sales targets.
- Monitor and improve key retail KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, repeat sales and customer retention.
- Analyse daily/weekly sales performance and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across categories.
- Ensure effective utilisation of peak hours,



mall footfall and customer opportunities.
- Take ownership of achieving and exceeding kiosk targets.

Customer Experience & CRM
- Ensure every customer receives a personalised and premium shopping experience.
- Handle premium, VIP and high-value customers personally where required.
- Drive effective use of CRM and customer data to build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure customer database is updated accurately with purchase history, preferences, occasions and follow-up details.
- Drive customer follow-ups for new launches, collections, occasions and personalised recommendations.
- Focus on repeat purchases, clienteling, customer retention and referrals.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Team Management
- Lead, coach and motivate the FC and Sr. FC team.
- Set daily priorities and allocate responsibilities based on business requirements.
