We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Construction Coordinator*to support the construction/project team in coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between the site team, office, vendors, and other departments.

Freshers with a Civil Engineering/Diploma background who are willing to learn and build a career in construction coordination are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities#

* Assist in coordinating day-to-day construction and site activities.

* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, contractors, vendors, and the office team.

* Monitor project progress and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.

* Follow up on material requirements, deliveries, and site requirements.

* Assist in tracking labour and manpower requirements at project sites.

* Maintain project-related documents, reports, checklists, and records.

* Follow up on pending site activities and ensure timely updates from the concerned team.

* Assist in coordinating drawings, specifications,



and other project documents.

* Communicate site requirements and updates to the concerned departments.

* Support the Project Head/Construction Coordinator in scheduling and planning activities.

* Identify delays, material shortages, or coordination issues and report them to the concerned senior.

* Assist in ensuring that construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, schedules, and company standards.

* Participate in site visits when required.

* Perform other construction coordination and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
