Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day B2B travel operations, including managing bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of travel services across PAN India. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, optimizing processes, managing operational documentation, and resolving issues to maintain high service standards. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners,



tracking key performance indicators, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also contribute to policy development, cost control, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications
- Strong operations management and process optimization skills in a service or travel-related environment.
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management, including negotiation and relationship building.
- Proficiency in using travel or booking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
