Job Description

* Make outbound calls to allocated customer leads.

* Contact customers and understand their requirement for a Hyundai vehicle.

* Invite interested customers to visit the Arsh Hyundai showroom.

* Schedule showroom visits and coordinate appointment timings.

* Share customer details and appointment information with the concerned Sales Executive.

* Assign the lead to the appropriate Sales Executive for further follow-up.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and showroom appointments.

* Follow up with customers who have confirmed or pending showroom visits.

* Ensure maximum conversion of leads into showroom walk-ins.
