Role Description
The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Bangalore Urban, focused on driving business growth for IKAS Corporate Solutions’ facility management services. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting in-person meetings and site visits, and presenting tailored solutions that address their operational needs. The Field Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle,



from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closure, while maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and sustaining long-term client relationships, collaborating with operations teams to ensure service alignment, and regularly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales or business development, ideally in facility management, corporate services, or related industries.
- Strong skills in prospecting, client relationship management, and in-person presentation and negotiation.
- Ability to understand facility operations (e.g., cafeteria management, maintenance, space planning, energy management) and translate them into clear value propositions.
