Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a corporate kitchen and café serving an MNC client. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth food production, café operations, service quality, hygiene, manpower management, inventory control and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily kitchen and café operations and ensure smooth service.
- Coordinate with the Chef/Kitchen Team for timely preparation and service of meals, snacks and beverages.
- Ensure food is served as per the approved menu, quality and quantity standards.
- Monitor café counters, serving areas, replenishment and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Monitor kitchen equipment, utensils and other operational requirements.
- Manage and allocate duties to kitchen,



café and service staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, punctuality and discipline.
- Coordinate with HR regarding recent joiners, employee attendance, absenteeism, replacements and employee-related requirements.
- Maintain daily attendance and operational records and share required reports with HR/Operations.
- Monitor food stock, consumables and inventory levels and coordinate with the concerned team for timely replenishment.
- Control food wastage, portioning and operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of required materials, where applicable.
- Handle client/employee queries and ensure timely resolution of service-related complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements in food and service quality.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for the kitchen and café.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
