Head of Data Operations

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Data Operations to build, lead, and transform our Data Operations function in support of our 2030 vision. This role is accountable for the reliability, quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence of healthcare data while driving automation, AI adoption, and DataOps maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute the Data Operations strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build a scalable, resilient, and future-ready operating model.
- Drive transformation from reactive operations to proactive, automated, AI-enabled DataOps.
- Reduce manual effort through automation and continuous process improvement.

Healthcare Data Operations
- Lead operations across clinical, claims, patient, provider, and operational datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, availability, security, and timely delivery.
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, monitoring, and exception management.
- Support onboarding of current data sources, products,



and customer implementations.

Platform Reliability & Automation
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to build reliable data platforms and pipelines.
- Improve observability, monitoring, incident management, and operational controls.
- Leverage AI for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, incident triage, predictive monitoring, and workflow automation.

Data Quality, Governance & Interoperability
- Establish enterprise data quality standards, governance, lineage, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
- Lead operational excellence around healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Customer Impact & Operational Excellence
- Drive rapid resolution of customer-impacting data issues.
- Establish KPIs covering data quality, availability, reliability, automation, SLA adherence, MTTD, MTTR, and operational efficiency.
