Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, creative, and well-organized professional who can manage our company’s social media, podcasts, webinars, branding activities, and internal cultural events. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good presentation abilities, and the confidence to host online and offline sessions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with consultants and technical teams to create ERP-related content.
- Write captions, posts, announcements, and promotional content.
- Plan and manage podcasts from topic selection to final publishing.
- Invite guests, prepare questions, coordinate schedules, and host podcast sessions.
- Plan and execute webinars, including registration, speaker coordination, hosting, and follow-up.
- Manage company cultural events, celebrations, team activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and external vendors.




- Create content related to ERPNext, customer success stories, company updates, and industry knowledge.
- Manage event promotions and audience communication.
- Track social media engagement, webinar attendance, podcast performance, and brand reach.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related campaigns.

Required Skills
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Robust public speaking and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live sessions.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
- Good coordination and event management skills.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, and digital marketing.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
