About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, taxation-related activities, and other finance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, and general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal, and expense transactions.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records and documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Monitor vendor payments and customer outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports for management.
- Maintain petty cash and record cash transactions.
- Verify expenses and supporting documents before processing payments.




- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and other departments when required.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Positive understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
