As a
Senior Executive – Visual Merchandising
, you will drive VM execution across stores, translating brand identity, campaigns, and product stories into engaging and commercially effective retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute
VM strategies, guidelines, planograms, zoning, and display concepts
across stores.
- Translate campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments into impactful
in-store experiences
.
- Drive consistent VM execution across multiple retail locations and formats.
- Partner with
Brand, Marketing, Category, and Retail Operations
teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct store visits/audits and identify opportunities to improve
VM quality and commercial impact
.
- Use customer and sales insights to continuously improve merchandising and store experience.

What We're Looking For




- 2–4 years of experience
in Visual Merchandising, Retail Experience, or Store Design.
- Only candidates from new-age, AI-first, D2C, premium brands
in
beauty, fashion, lifestyle, style, or retail
.
- Solid understanding of
VM principles, retail design, customer journey, and commercial merchandising
.
- Hands-on experience with
planograms, display concepts, VM guidelines, and store rollouts
.
- Strong design sensibility with proficiency in
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools
.
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment
with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
