Application Support Engineer Splunk / Grafana

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with robust production/application support experience and hands-on exposure to Control-M, Splunk, and Grafana.

Provide L1/L2 application support for banking applications.
- Monitor application health, jobs, alerts, and production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M for job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Use Splunk for log monitoring, analysis, and incident troubleshooting.
- Use Grafana dashboards for application and infrastructure monitoring.
- Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Handle incidents, service requests,



and problem management.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and other support teams.
- Monitor batch jobs and resolve job failures within agreed SLAs.
- Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and operational reports.
- Participate in production deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
- Follow ITIL processes and ensure SLA compliance.
