Role & responsibilities
Job Description Weight Management
Education: Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
Area of work: Overall vehicle development.
Type of work: Overall vehicle weight management.
Required knowledge & skills: Overall vehicle development / vehicle architecture / vehicle integration; understanding and analysis of a carline in terms of features and weight impact; product complexity using specification list (FIL); optional equipment and full vehicle weight calculations; basic vehicle center of gravity and weight distribution; cross-functional coordination; SMARAGD, DIALOG, CAPE, DIMAN; MS Excel and PowerPoint; benchmarking and competitor comparison.
Nice to have: Excel Macros and data analysis; prior overall vehicle management activities such as weight management and BOM management.
