We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our Customer Relationship Management platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and business strategy—ensuring high data integrity, building automated workflows, and providing cross-functional teams with actionable customer insights to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Oversee daily administration of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), including managing user permissions, custom objects, page layouts, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Workflow & Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated lead-routing rules, email marketing sequences, pipeline stages, and customer journey workflows.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Monitor database health, establish data entry standards, conduct regular cleanups (deduplication, archiving), and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Pay: ₹9,688.62 - ₹31,683.74 per month
