Purpose of the Role:
Abaan Chocolates is expanding its presence across international markets and is looking for a high-potential sales professional to take ownership of market growth and development.
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the Abaan Chocolates business in an assigned international market, working closely with distributors, modern trade partners and key customers. The role offers an opportunity to gain broad exposure to international sales, market development, distributor management, Modern Trade and E-commerce, with the potential to progress into larger market and country-level responsibilities.
Key Deliverables:
- Drive sales growth, distribution expansion and overall market development for Abaan Chocolates in the assigned market.
- Develop and manage relationships with key Contemporary Trade accounts and retail partners.
- Lead product listings, negotiations,
promotions, trade deals and account development initiatives.
- Manage distributor performance, sales targets, distribution and field execution.
- Expand Abaan's presence across supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery and wholesale channels.
- Drive effective in-store execution through availability, visibility, merchandising and distribution expansion.
- Identify and develop opportunities across E-commerce and emerging digital commerce channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews and market performance reports.
- Represent Abaan Chocolates in the assigned market and work closely with distributors and customers and internal teams to drive business growth.
