Job Summary
We are looking for 0-2 Years experienced Customer Relationship Executive for our Construction and Real Estate company, CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships from booking to handover, ensuring timely communication, resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal departments and delivering a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, construction updates, payment schedules, and possession timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts and Legal team to resolve customer requirements and issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication history, payment details, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.
- Assist customers with documentation related to booking, agreements, registration,



possession, and handover.
- Track construction progress and provide customers with appropriate project updates.
- Coordinate the pre-handover and handover process, including snagging, documentation, and possession formalities.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain qualified relationships with existing customers and support referral opportunities.
- Prepare regular CRM reports on customer complaints, pending issues, payments, handovers, and service requests.

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers: Candidates with UG or PG Degree, good communication and customer-handling skills may apply.
- Experienced: 1-2 Years: Experience in CRM, Customer Service, Real Estate, Construction, Banking, Hospitality or related industries are preferred.
