About the Role

SK Fortune Group is looking for a highly driven, market-connected and commercially astute Sales Manager, Sourcing Manager to drive the sourcing and sales of premium commercial office spaces.

The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of Pune's commercial real estate market, an established network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants and investors, and the ability to consistently generate and convert high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium commercial office spaces and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants, investors and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through channel networks, referrals, direct outreach and market relationships.
- Identify,



onboard and activate new channel partners across key Pune markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and high-value clientele.
- Identify recent commercial markets, business networks and opportunities for revenue generation.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and brokers to build sustained sales momentum.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Pune's commercial real estate market, pricing, competition, demand and emerging growth corridors.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen market penetration and business development.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts and share market intelligence with management.
- Ensure a premium and professional representation of the SK Fortune Group brand across the market.
