About the Role

Agencenter India Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing excellent customer support, understanding seller requirements, resolving e-commerce-related queries, and helping new sellers create and set up their accounts on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Training will be provided to the selected candidate, so candidates with a willingness to learn and positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist sellers with their queries related to e-commerce and online selling.
- Help new sellers create and set up accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce portals.




- Explain the basic process of selling products online and guide sellers through account setup.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into clients.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues and queries.
- Provide regular follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain customer and lead information accurately.
- Achieve assigned business development and customer conversion targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and internet browsing.
- Interest in learning about Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and e-commerce platforms.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
