Role & responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution: Prepare monthly production plans and ensure smooth batch execution to meet business and customer requirements.
2. Resource & Material Management: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to ensure availability of manpower, raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
3. Quality, GMP & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP/cGMP, safety standards, QMS requirements, and support internal, external, and regulatory audits with effective CAPA implementation.
4. Documentation & Process Control: Review and maintain SOPs, batch records, validation documents, deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, change controls, and other quality documents.
5. Plant Operations & Continuous Improvement:



Troubleshoot production issues, monitor validation activities, drive process improvements, optimize capacity utilization, reduce costs, and enhance safety performance.
6. Dispatch & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Services, and Technology Transfer teams to ensure timely dispatches, product launches, and smooth plant operations.
7. Leadership & Training: Train and develop production personnel, participate in quality and safety committees, and report operational performance
