We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales team and help students discover and adopt Cuspyd.

Role Overview

The BDE will be responsible for calling prospective BDS students, understanding their academic requirements, explaining Cuspyd's products and perks, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into paid customers.

The role involves high-volume calling, counselling, follow-ups and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective BDS students.




- Connect with students from different years of BDS.
- Understand their academic needs, challenges and preparation goals.
- Explain Cuspyd's courses and learning solutions according to their requirements.

2. Product Counselling
- Clearly explain Cuspyd's:
- 3D & animated learning
- Digital notes
- Question bank
- Image-based questions
- Subject tests
- Mock tests
- NEET MDS preparation
- Performance analysis
- Recommend the most suitable Cuspyd plan/product to each student.

3. Sales Conversion
- Convert leads into paid Cuspyd subscriptions.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and appropriate communication channels.
- Create urgency and communicate offers/benefits effectively without mis-selling.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

4. Objection Handling

Handle common student objections such as:

"I already have another platform.""The price is too high.""I'll think about it.""I need to discuss it
