Job Description: Sales Development Representative

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Shift: EST Working Hrs ( M-F)

About the Role: Netmeldr is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and scale its outbound sales motion in the US market. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founders, own pipeline generation, and help establish the GTM foundation of a quick-growing AI SaaS company. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end outbound prospecting for the US market through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified meetings with VP, Director, and C-level decision-makers.
- Build highly personalized outbound campaigns and multi-channel sequences.
- Research target accounts and identify key buying personas.




- Qualify prospects and hand over sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking.
- Work closely with founders to refine messaging, ICPs, and outbound strategies.
- Continuously experiment with new prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS selling to the US market.
- Demonstrated success in US outbound sales, consistently achieving or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets.
- Strong expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers in North America.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
