Key Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in promoting and creating awareness of the company's IT products and services.
- Research target customers, industries, competitors, and market trends.
- Identify potential customers and support lead-generation activities.
- Assist in creating marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Communicate with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels under team guidance.
- Support product demonstrations, presentations, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in preparing product presentations, brochures,



marketing materials, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems or company databases.
- Follow up with potential customers and share relevant product information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and marketing projects.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.

Eligibility
