Desired Skills:
- Understanding on technical and functional aspects of business.

- Experience in handling Call Centre Solution, dialer application, recording reconciliations. Executing EOD/BOD jobs
- Co-ordinating with different teams to Identifying the root causes of incidents in order to prevent future recurrence
- Understand & analyze existing systems to identify improvements & performance / maintenance issues
- Schedule regular meeting with stake holders and circulate MOM.




- Co-ordination with different stakeholders and maintaining Issue tracker and monitor Ageing.
- Eagerness to learn recent technologies.
- Responsible for deployment & movement of application code / bug fixes / data patches and release management in Production, SIT and UAT environments in coordination with vendors
- Deployment of software applications and tools

Work Experience:
- Around 7/8 years experience in production support in a high-volume and critical environment.
- Hands on experience in installation, configuration, monitoring and management of Applications & Databases in Linux & Windows.
- Experience in application server log analysis, troubleshooting, management and problem solving.
- Basic Networking knowledge, should be able to troubleshoot issues with minimum guidance and support
