The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, campaign management, analytics, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and current trends
- Create and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Coordinate with graphic designers,



content writers, video editors, and marketing teams
- Manage and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns
- Monitor account performance and analyze key metrics
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Social media strategy and content planning
- Knowledge of organic & paid social media campaigns
- Social media analytics and performance reporting
- Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
