We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across paid search, social media, display, influencer marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital advertising, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive growth and ROI in a multi-brand, B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies
- Design and implement data-driven marketing plans across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and influencer networks.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative digital strategies.

2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences.
- Monitor competitor strategies and identify market opportunities and threats.

3. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and continually optimize paid campaigns.
- Manage audience segmentation, ad creatives, bid strategies,



and budget allocation.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as GA4, Meta Reporting, and Looker Studio.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Implement tracking solutions and attribution models across the marketing funnel.

5. Budget Management
- Efficiently allocate and manage large-scale marketing budgets across channels.
- Ensure optimal spend efficiency and ROI while adhering to financial targets.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys.
- Align marketing efforts with company goals and other departmental initiatives.
