Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes,



providing analysis and insights to support management decisions.
- Maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, providing necessary documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial operations and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, including GAAP or IFRS as applicable.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a robust understanding of financial reporting and general accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
