About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Visa Filing Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in handling Canada and European visa applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa documentation, application filing, and case handling, with the ability to work independently in a night-shift setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa application filing for Canada and European countries.
- Review client documents and verify them against visa requirements.
- Prepare, complete, and submit visa application forms accurately.
- Check documents for completeness, accuracy,
and consistency before submission.
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing or additional documents.
- Maintain proper records of applications and follow up on case status.
- Stay updated on visa documentation and application procedures.
- Ensure all applications are prepared within required timelines.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance regarding documentation and filing.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of visa cases.
