Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with CoE/HW teams to diagnose and isolate causes of complex technical issues.
- Maintain high-quality case documentation and adhere to SLA timeframes and operational metrics.
- Lead technical escalations and manage complex or cross-technology incidents independently.
