Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned HR Advisory professional to serve as a strategic partner to client leadership teams, driving organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and people-centric business outcomes. This role requires deep expertise across the HR value chain combined with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to senior client stakeholders (CXOs, business heads), building long-term trusted relationships
- Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with client business goals org design, talent strategy, change management, culture transformation
- Diagnose organizational challenges and translate them into actionable HR/people interventions
- Advise on workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and total rewards strategy
- Guide clients through restructuring, and large-scale organizational change from a people perspective




- Partner with cross-functional teams (talent acquisition, L&D;, compensation & benefits, HRBPs) to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop and present HR analytics, dashboards, and insights to influence executive decision-making
- Stay current on HR trends, labor market shifts, regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks to advise clients proactively
- Mentor and guide junior consultants/advisors within the team
- Own client relationship health — satisfaction, retention, and expansion of scope

Required Qualifications
- 20+years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in HR consulting, business partnering, or strategic advisory roles
- Proven track record advising senior leadership/C-suite on complex organizational and people challenges
- Solid expertise in one or more of: org design, talent management, change management, comp & benefits.
