Job Description – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CA / CFO to lead the Finance & Accounts function for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, MIS, cash-flow management, internal controls, and business finance.

The role will involve working closely with the management team to drive financial discipline, improve profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights for business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Strategy
- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function and establish robust financial processes.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow plans, and financial targets.
- Provide management with financial analysis and insights for business decisions.
- Monitor revenue, costs,



margins, profitability, and working capital.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial efficiency.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Accounting & MIS
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, books of accounts, reconciliations, and financial closing.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Develop management dashboards and financial KPIs.
- Monitor branch-wise / business-unit-wise financial performance.
- Ensure proper accounting controls across all locations and business verticals.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
