The Senior Executive/Deputy Manager Employee Services will support the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) in ensuring the smooth execution of core HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, perks administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Job Description

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Assist in the Onboarding Process, ensuring smooth completion of joining formalities, issuing offer letters, and maintaining employee records.
- Support Employee Confirmation & Movement, including processing confirmation letters, extensions, and transfers as per company guidelines.
- Help coordinate Employee Exits, managing final settlements, updating records, and maintaining separation trackers.
- Ensure accurate Attendance & Leave Management by updating records and assisting with queries.

Payroll, Benefits, Compliance & Documentation
- Help with Payroll Processing, including data entry, pay verification, and salary disbursement coordination.
- Assist in Benefits Management, ensuring claims, reimbursements, and other entitlements are processed on time.




- Support Compliance & Documentation by maintaining accurate employee records and generating required reports.
- Manage Employee Files, ensuring both physical and digital records are properly updated.
- Respond to Employee Queries, providing timely resolutions and escalating when necessary.

Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Track Team Performance Metrics, ensuring timelines and service levels are met.
- Support Project & Audit Activities, assisting with report preparation and documentation.
- Contribute to Process Enhancements by identifying ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
