Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day installation of PUF/PIR/Rockwool sandwich panels.
- Plan daily manpower deployment and installation activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and installation procedures.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, client and other site agencies.
- Monitor daily productivity and achieve assigned installation targets.
- Check panel alignment, joints, flashings, sealants and finishing quality.
- Coordinate material sorting, shifting and installation sequence.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools and equipment.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports and material requirements.
- Identify site constraints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor work-front availability and plan activities accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
- Support measurement, quantity reconciliation and billing documentation.
- Maintain proper site records and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in sandwich panel installation / PEB projects.
- Practical knowledge of PUF/PIR/Rockwool panel installation.
- Experience in roofing, wall cladding, internal wall and ceiling installation will be preferred.
- Ability to manage installation manpower and daily targets.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.

Important

Candidates must have hands-on experience in sandwich panel erection/installation or PEB projects.

Candidates with only general civil construction experience and no practical sandwich panel/PEB experience are requested not to apply.
