Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with 2–6 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
