Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Management & Audit Executive to work closely with the Director, monitor assigned tasks, coordinate with departments, and conduct internal process checks across Procurement, Sales, Stores, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective execution, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Management Coordination

i. Handle tasks and special assignments given by the Director and ensure timely completion.

ii. Coordinate with different departments and follow up on pending activities.

iii. Prepare status updates, MIS reports, and management summaries.

iv. Track action points and ensure proper closure within timelines.

2. Internal Audit & Process Review

i. Conduct internal checks of processes, records, reports, and departmental activities.

ii. Audit Procurement, Sales, Stores, Inventory, Finance, and other operational processes.

iii. Identify discrepancies, process gaps,



control weaknesses, and areas of improvement.

iv. Verify data, transactions, approvals, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

3. Audit Follow-up & Reporting

i. Prepare audit observations, findings, and management reports.

ii. Follow up with respective departments on corrective and preventive actions.

iii. Monitor closure of audit observations within defined timelines.

iv. Escalate major discrepancies, control failures, or unresolved issues to management.

4. Data Analysis & MIS

i. Analyse departmental data, transactions, and operational reports to identify unusual trends or discrepancies.

ii. Prepare Excel-based MIS, dashboards, and management summaries.

iii. Support management in reviewing departmental performance and process efficiency.

iv. Maintain proper audit working papers and supporting documentation.
