Key Responsibilities

1. HR Technology & Application Management
- Own and manage the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including HRMS, Talent, Recruitment, Payroll, Travel, Expense, Learning and other HR applications .
- Manage applications such as Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong, Happay, Quest2Travel, Disperz and other connected business applications.
- Act as the primary technology SPOC between HR, IT, Business Application teams, vendors and implementation partners .
- Drive application enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, releases and current technology implementations.
- Ensure application availability, performance, security and seamless user experience.
- Manage application incidents, defects, change requests and escalations through defined SLAs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate and optimize the HR application landscape.

2. Integration Management – Core Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end HR technology integration landscape across multiple applications.
- Design, implement and manage integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs




- SFTP/file-based integrations
- JSON/XML/CSV data exchange
- Other integration mechanisms, wherever applicable.
- Understand source-to-target data flows, integration architecture, transformation logic, validations and error handling.
- Work closely with IT integration teams and vendors to design robust integration solutions.
- Monitor integration failures, perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent resolution.
- Establish appropriate monitoring, alerting, reconciliation and exception-handling mechanisms.
- Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream applications.
- Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, interface specifications and dependency matrices.
- Review and validate integration designs proposed by vendors/implementation partners.
