Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and train field service technicians, assign daily routes, and monitor performance metrics.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex technical escalations, and resolve problem units.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety audits, enforce environment, health, and safety (EH&S;) policies, and meet statutory code requirements.
- Operations & Inventory: Coordinate tool and spare parts availability, track service reports, and manage customer contract renewals.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in the elevator and escalator industry, with 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
- Skills: Robust knowledge of traction and hydraulic systems, local safety codes, client communication, and route optimizatio

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
