About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at The Boss Media.

We work on a variety of brands, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and creative projects. We are looking for someone who can understand creative requirements and turn ideas into visually engaging and professional designs.

What We’re Looking For
- Fresher / 1 Year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe & AI Tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, spacing, and layout.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Additional Skills — Preferred

Experience with the following will be an advantage:
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects
