Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices, bills, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Enter all billing and sales transactions accurately in Tally.
- Generate e-invoices, delivery challans, and other required billing documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, billing, and deliveries.
- Plan and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery staff.
- Maintain delivery schedules and proof of delivery records.
- Handle cash, online payments, and payment-related entries.
- Maintain accurate billing, sales, and delivery records.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and payment-related issues.
- Prepare daily billing and delivery reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, warehouse, and production teams.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Working knowledge of Tally.
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle billing and delivery responsibilities independently.
- Experience in billing, accounts, or delivery coordination will be preferred.
Preferred Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com / BBA
Experience: 6 months – 2 years preferred
