Job Role: CSSD Technician

Job Description
- Operate and maintain medical and laboratory equipment used in healthcare procedures.
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures.
- Analyze samples and identify trends, abnormalities, or irregularities.
- Interpret test results and prepare accurate reports for physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, patient information, and treatment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and safe handling of laboratory equipment.
- Follow established healthcare, safety, and quality-control procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in medical technology and laboratory procedures.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills while performing assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operations:
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, titrators, and pH meters.




- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues when required.
- Follow appropriate procedures for equipment handling and maintenance.

Testing & Analysis
- Conduct experiments and tests to analyze sample composition.
- Review and interpret test data accurately.
- Identify abnormal results and communicate them promptly to the concerned healthcare professionals.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
- Prepare and provide timely reports to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper documentation of all assigned procedures and activities.
