Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and authentication.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, ServiceNow tickets, and technical support requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IAM-related problems using various tools such as ticketing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM procedures, policies, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT services or consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of Active Directory, Service Now ticketing tools, and technical support principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to identity management and access control.
