Role Description
The Quality Assurance Tester role is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. The tester will design, execute, and document manual test cases to validate web and mobile applications against functional and non-functional requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, preparing test plans, performing test execution, logging defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The role also involves participating in regression testing, verifying fixes, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. The tester will work closely with project teams to ensure that all deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks before release.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Manual Testing skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Test Execution and Test Cases creation and maintenance skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Analytical Skills for identifying defects, edge cases, and process improvements.
- Experience with web and mobile application testing, including cross-browser and cross-device validation.
